Building Enterprise Value: From Solo Practice to Scalable Wealth Management Firm

The wealth management industry has a structural problem. Most advisory practices are built around a single advisor generating revenue from a single source — AUM fees. These practices serve clients well, but they carry a fundamental limitation: they're lifestyle businesses with limited enterprise value.
Solo-advisor practices typically sell at 2–3x revenue. Multi-advisor, multi-revenue practices sell at 6–15x EBITDA. That's not a marginal difference — it's the difference between an exit worth $500K and one worth $5M or more.
Our Growth Architecture
At Arden Hill Partners, operating under Belpointe Wealth Management's SEC-registered RIA, we made a strategic decision to build beyond the solo model. The addition of Hugh Mosley Jr. as our Business Development Officer — bringing deep healthcare industry relationships, an MBA background, and insurance licensing — immediately transformed our practice from a single-revenue model into a diversified wealth management platform.
Today, Arden Hill Partners operates across four revenue streams: portfolio management through our tactical model platform, comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, insurance and risk management solutions through our strategic partnerships, and a reciprocal professional referral network that includes tax, legal, and accounting services.
Two Verticals, One Platform
Our Sports & Entertainment practice, led by Jarrett G. Meadors (CPWA®, AAMS®, AWMA®), serves professional athletes, executives, and entertainers in the $5M–$50M+ range. Our Healthcare practice, driven by Hugh Mosley Jr.'s deep hospital system network, serves physicians, hospital executives, and practice owners. Both verticals share the same infrastructure: Belpointe's compliance and custodial support, our tactical portfolio management platform, a coordinated tax and legal advisory network led by tax attorney Adam Snitkoff, and Fortis Strategic Partners for integrated risk management.
Why This Matters for Clients
A scalable firm means continuity. If one advisor is unavailable, the team infrastructure ensures uninterrupted service. It means deeper resources — every client benefits from the collective expertise of the entire team. And it means better outcomes, because a diversified platform can coordinate planning, investment management, insurance, and tax strategy under one roof rather than across four disconnected providers.
We're not building a practice. We're building an enterprise. And we believe the next decade will prove why that distinction matters.
